Image Offers 508 Compliance Solutions with the "508 Development Team"

October 21, 2009 – Section 508 addresses Federal Agencies, ensuring that all Electronic and Internet Technology (E&IT) are accessible for people with the following disabilities: Visual, hearing, motor, and speech. Image Technical Services has created a 508 Development Team, complete with on-site experts that will assist you in creating multimedia, eLearning and web-based design, fit to meet all Section 508 accessibility standards. In 1998, the Rehabilitation Act Amendments notably expanded and strengthened the requirements of Section 508. The law directed the Access Board to create binding, enforceable standards that spell out what makes E&IT products accessible to persons with disabilities. Federal agencies must adhere to all set standards. Image Technical Services provides unique services in Multimedia Design, eLearning and Web Development, implementing all Section 508 standards.
